Happy New Year and Update

Hi everyone, just wanted to pop in quickly and wish everyone a Happy New Year in case I don’t make it on the computer in the next few days. I hope to be up to speed or close after New Year’s.
I saw the eye doc again yesterday and my eye isn’t yet healed but getting there. I’m still on antibiotics for it and it’s still quite painful. I guess I managed to cut the cornea pretty deep. I have trouble looking at the computer or a book for too long. I’m hoping over the next few days that will pass completely. I really miss reading and blogging. I’m not sure what to do with myself most of the time.
So, I miss you all and miss reading your blogs and seeing what you’re up to. Have a Happy and Safe New Year!

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re in such pain and having trouble with your eye. Take care of yourself and rest. Can you check for audiobooks at your library? That may help you and you’ll get some reading in as well. I sure miss you and your posts and hope to see you back soon posting and healed!!

Thanks so much for all the well wishes everyone. My eye is much better now. I’ve still got antibiotics for it but I can read again and look at a computer. Nothing is better than that right.
