Hi there. I will be following but first I want to tell everyone about a book called The Phoenix by Ruth Simms.

I reviewed this novel on my blog http://sappho-sings.blogspot.com and I urge everyone to check that out. The novel is great. It kept me glued to the pages throughout [without any mental editing] and that’s a near impossible task for any writer. I’ve read too many and edited my own gibberish for much too long.

Lately, I’ve taken to audio books just to allow myself to enjoy a good yarn without noting typos.

  74. Paradox says:

    Enter me please!

Does historical fantasy count? I love The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray. But if not, I would say anything by Ann Rinaldi.
