Hours 13,14, 15&16: Read-a-Thon Progress

Well it’s getting late now. I’m about to go check out a few blogs but thought I’d check in. It’s almost 11:30 here and I’ve probably got a few good hours left in me yet. I’ve gone to bed though so that can be dangerous. Buddy is in la-la land, happy as can be finally. lol.

- Time Spent Reading: 2 hours in between watching tv
- Time Spent Blogging: none, just going to do that now
- Blogs visited: just going visiting
I started Too Hot to Handle by Robin Kaye and that’s the one I should have started with and my page count would have been much higher. Probably about 3 pages in this one equal one in Mistress of the Sun. Oh well, no big deal. I wanted to make a dent in the books I’m reading and I did.
I didn’t really pig out on all those snackies either-sad hey. I did have a box of Smarties–Joanne and Trish, they are my absolute favorite too! I like them when I’m reading because I can eat them slow and then I don’t end up eating too much sugar. I did eat my bbq hoopy things-those are dangerous. Open the bag and inhale. Other than that I had a bottle of water, a diet pepsi and some tea. Still having the tea.
So, I’m off to see how everyone is doing. I would imagine it’s about 1:30 where most of you are. I bet Trish and Laura are still up and trying to read. lol. Thanks so much to all who have been leaving comments! It really means a lot to have that support and a smile along the way when you’re doing this.

Ooooh, dreaming of smarties. Wait! I just remembered I have cadbury minis. Not quite as good, but they have kind of the same crunchy shell (M&Ms just don't compare).

I’ve already eaten all of my snacks! Oops. Well I think it’s too late to eat anything else anyways…don’t want a tummy ache! It’s good you’ve found something to read quickly! It’s fun to see those page numbers increasing! Hurray Dar!!
I am taking a break from reading even though I’m enjoying The Uncommon Reader. So tempted to turn out the light. Shoot, if I laid down, it would be over before the count. LOL!
Keep going Dar – do a reading/visiting blogs combo, as your eyes get tired visit blogs it wakes your brain up.
Emmy’s always happy when I’m in bed too. She curls up in the crook of my arm.
I hope your enjoying yourself! The Smarties sound like a good idea. Though I like dark chocolate. I like to suck on one squasre at a time, like it’s hard candy. I don’t need much when I eat it that way.
