Trish, no migraine this time! Yahooooooooooo!

I’ve been poking around at this and that so I really haven’t read a thing but I’m going to. Here’s a peek at my stack of books that I won’t finish but that’s ok. The next pic is where Buddy and I have spent our morning and will probably spend the afternoon as well. Please don’t pay attention to the mess but I wanted to make sure everything I might want was around me so I wouldn’t have to keep getting up. lol. Once I get supper together Buddy and I will be heading to the basement. It’s much easier for me to read down there – no distractions.

Other Things Taking up my Time:

  • Got some lunch – mozza sticks (yummy), broccoli and an apple. Yes I know, very strange combination.
  • More tea.
  • Buddy has been good except for yowling at the neighbor’s dogs in the front yard. He’s getting fidgety though.

What’s next:

Still haven’t made it to the shower. It always amazes me how fast a few hours goes and nothing gets done. So, to the shower I go and then I will be relaxing in front of the window to hopefully do some serious reading. I’m still reading House of Reckoning though-it’s good and I don’t want to put it down yet.

just heard an interview with Dean Koontz, have you read his book "a big little life: a memoir of a joyful dog"? sounds good too.

Oooh, pretty book covers! ^-^ ANd that looks like a fun chair.

(I have two cats now. And an audiobook to listen to as I type. It's a good way to 'read' whilst leaving comments. I never knew that!)

You are doing great. I got a little thrown off schedule this am, but I’m back on track now. Keep up the good work!

I will surely need a nap a bit later unless, I walk around the house constantly until I fall over from exhaustion…LOL

I've been out of the blogging loop this week as I had the flu. I just realized it's read-a-thon so I am stopping by to cheer you on!

Keep on reading..your lunch sounds yummy to me!

I like your book covers and noticed that you take off your covers on your hardbacks. It's interesting to see what other readers enjoy!

    Good luck!
