Reading Challenge for the Weekend: Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

Today I’m joining Becky over at One Literature Nut to read a book that I’m sure the rest of the blogging community has read but we haven’t. lol. We’re going to read Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and then Catching Fire as well next week!
Becky has joined the 48 hr Read-a-Thon but I’m just reading for fun. It’s always fun to read a book with someone and know that they’re reading those same words as you. Our plan is right now to read and then discuss tonight and hopefully get reviews up tomorrow night or Monday so we can discuss those posts as well.
So, wish us luck! I’m excited to finally read this much talked about book and also to be reading with Becky. Now my only hope is that Buddy decides to be a good boy today and lets me read. Often when I have a plan, he does too and they never match! lol.
I haven't read this book either but it's on my summer list.

I bought 'Hunger Games' a few days ago but I haven't had the time to get to it yet. I've heard a lot of great reviews though including the clerk from BN.
I can't wait to get to it.
I'm so excited we're doing this! I'm off to go walk and read.
I hope Buddy is doing well too.
Our librarian at school has been recommending this book and my English team partner read it and ended staying up until the wee hours of the night to finish it and was standing out side the school library before it opened for the second book in the series.
It is on my summer reading list, too.

I was blown away by Hunger Games earlier this year and Catching Fire was awesome, too. I am hooked and have already reserved Mockingjay! Hope you enjoy it!
